So I did this class this morning and it was fab! A proper workout but was fun too! Definitely recommend to people of all abilities who want to loose weight, get in shape and get healthy!!! Great to have a trainer there to ensure you are doing things properly to get the most benefit x #StrengthRocks.


I’ve known Al for over 20 years he is a great motivator. In 2013 I weighed 14stone 10lbs, with Al’s support and guidance I managed to trim down to a more respectable 12st 2lbs in a little over 14 months! I know most people can lose weight but through his continuous motivation I have settled at 12stone 7lbs which is a more manageable weight for me to be at! I would have no problem is recommending Al’s support and advice whether it be at one of his boot camps or his 121 sessions.
