What is BootCamp?
BootCamp has something for everyone. We train outdoors in the Cheam Park. Sessions are based on a series of exercises using a range of equipment to give you an excellent full body workout.
Predominantly mums (but all welcome) converge to get outside, get fit and feel awesome!

Monthly Memberships are via PayPal and cost £40 per month for unlimited training at BootCamp. More information on pricing and memberships here.
What is Personal Training?
Helping others is my passion. I have helped a number of clients with different fitness goals. It could be losing weight, improving or working around an injury.
The key difference at StrengthRocks is that I give you a bespoke service that truly reflects your requirements and I’m physically there to ensure you execute your program to the best of your ability. As a result you achieve your goals more quickly.
Sessions will be delivered between 11.00am – 2.00pm, some evening slots may be available.
Pricing – Prices are booked by duration depending on requirements. Paid monthly in advance sessions cost;
1-2-1 – £40 per hour
1-2-2 – £50 per hour = £25 per person / per session
1-2-3 – £60 per hour = £20 per person / per session
1-2-4 – £60 per hour = £15 per person / per session
