Group Training BootCamp
6 weeks – 1 Session per week – Establish £39
Looking to get outside more regularly and get some fresh air. Train once per week.
6 weeks – 2 sessions per week – Maintain & Build £59
Looking to maintain your fitness gains and improve outside in the fresh air? Train twice per week.
6 weeks – 3 sessions per week – Excel – £79
Looking to maintain your maximise your fitness improvements outside in the fresh air? Train three times per week. Paid up front by half term.
Unlimited Training – Monthly £59
Train up to 5 days a week.
Paid on a rolling monthly basis.*&**
Pay As You Go – £10
Love StrengthRocks but not sure how often you can train and when, be part of the community and get outside the next opportunity you get.
Personal Training – Charged by month depending on frequency of sessions.
1-2-1 – £40 per hour
1-2-2 – £50 per hour
1-2-3 – £60 per hour
1-2-4 – £65 per hour
