Getting you Active, Outside and Social!
Having 2 little ones myself (3 and 5 years) I know it can be a struggle to get time for yourself. At StrengthRocks our BuggyRocks sessions are designed to give mums a focus to get active, improving fitness whilst being outside!
The sessions, will closely mimic current StrengthRocks sessions but will be designed for those with their buggy in tow! Our classes will be varied and fun and after this pilot mums may want to continue BuggyRocks or in time try a standard StrengthRocks sessions if fitness and schedule allows.

Complete stage 1 & 2 and you’re all good to go. We’ll also have an enhanced health screen to complete at our first session.

BuggyRocks Post Natal Fitness Sessions – Block of 6 *TUESDAY*
6 x 1 hour weekly sessions on Tuesdays @ 11am. Tuesdays – 5th June, 12th June, 19th June, 26th June, 3rd July & 10th July. Each week receive a post natal workout to get back to your active lifestyle. Week 1 enjoy a complimentary hot drink at the Cheam Park Cafe.
