The classes are held in Cheam Park, a large recreational space in the heart of Cheam bordering Nonsuch Park. We meet near the Cheam Park Cafe and I usually have a banner flag so we’re easy to spot. Cheam Park is conveniently located and offers good parking amenities.
What to bring?
- Clothing – Wear clothes that allow you to move comfortably, I would dress to the conditions but remember you’ll be getting warm so a layers you can take off can be helpful!
- A bottle of water to keep hydrated.
- Due to the nature of the session you may (or may not) want to bring a towel to avoid the worst of any mud.
What about valuables?
Please do not bring any unnecessary belongings to the class.
I do have a heavy duty document wallet in which I am happy to keep car keys and any emergency medications such as inhalers for the duration of the session (although we take no responsibility for loss or damage of personal items or belongings).
Come along and give our free trial session a go, it could be the best thing you ever do!
