The Boost Programme

The Boost Programme is small group personal training and currently our most comprehensive health and fitness offer. You can choose to train between 1 and 3 times per week. 

You will receive an orientation call to set your goals, nutritional guidance, online mindset trainings and a journal to reflect thoughts and personal bests! The Boost uses a mix of strength training, circuit training and community to support optimal results. 

Training is 1-2-3 but goals are individual, booking is via online app and dependent on availability.

Personal Training

In the time between our outdoor bootcamp and the Boost Programme, we did an awful lot of personal training. We still do!

With PT you get everything on the Boost Programme, but just a little more intensively. When you’re working 1-2-1 with a personal trainer we are 100% focused on getting you to your goals in an enjoyable way.

Training can be arranged 1-2-1 or 1-2-2. We can work with couples or friends depending on requirements. Booking is by arrangement and dependent on availability.

Stretch & Move

When we sit at a desk all day or do the sport we love without the maintenance we need … we can pick up niggles, well aches that become pains and problems if not looked after.

The Stretch & move is a new session created to compliment the range of services available.

If you’re new to or returning to activity this can be a session to mobilise and gently work you whole body in preparation for something more intense.

You might find yourself on a mat next to a personal training client or Boost member in to workout a few niggles before going after their next personal best or event.

Dress comfortably to move, maybe with a layer or two so you can adjust as we may be in different stretches here and there. A towel and some water is advisable.

BootCamp Circuits

A Throwback to our outdoor bootcamp lineage, a whole body circuit based workout. Completed to time, we hit a load of the main muscle groups of the body. Best of all you’ll be telling your friends about how many X, Y or Zs you did in your last session.

We come in, we warm up, hit the workout and stretch – simples. No previous fitness or experience needed, we’ll show you the ropes.

Dress comfortably to move, maybe bring a towel and definitely a bottle of the wet stuff (water!).
