Our group training sessions are held outdoors in Cheam Park on weekdays and are you opportunity to significantly improve you health and fitness. Get outside, get fit and feel awesome!
Classes are held at 9.30am each day, perfect for those building exercise into a busy schedule. See the variety of training sessions held throughout the week.

Split in two sections. Warm up and complete a series of boxing related drills before diving (not literally) into our HiiT circuit, Betty. Guaranteed to offer a challenge to support your fitness goals.
A mobile session where we move around the park completing a full range of fun whole body exercises to torch calories. Travel light and be ready for any terrain!
