In the moment!


I love training in the moment

I love training it can be running, thai boxing, weight lifting, circuits or swimming!

I love it because it puts me in the moment, something key to being happy and contented. Its not about working for a boss who wants the impossible or paying off the mortgage five years earlier, in 15 years time!

When you are training fully in the moment you are much more in touch with your body, one of the favourite parts of my local 5km run is the 400m after I finish where I feel really alive!

Next time you are training turn off your music and be in the moment celebrating what you are about at this very moment.
