2017 – Happy New Year People!
I hope everyone is having/ had a wonderful Christmas with family and friends. Thank you for following my blog and reading. I don’t know about you but I am thinking about the New Year and the fantastic opportunities that will come our way in the next 12 months.
I have, as ever, tested the festive food to ensure the safety of my family but not my waistline! Now I have a nice little motivational insulation around my middle. I’ve also been rested and am ready to hit a new challenge.
This is Trevor, a friendly sheep on one of our little adventures in Wales.
Over the coming months I shall be launching a circuit training class to help people in my local area improve their overall fitness and well being. I’ll also be adding to my motivational catalogue on Instagram and adding a YouTube channel with fitness related content. I am super excited to see where this year takes me and how StrengthRocks.com develops.
New Year Circuit
This little workout is designed to give maximum bang for my buck and give my Christmas tyre the heave HO-HO-HO. Give it a try and let me know what you think.
Exercises – Plank – Squat – Press Up – Lunge – Star Jumps
- No equipment required
- 45 seconds on each exercise
- Three or more repetitions of the whole circuit
- 30-60 seconds rest between circuits if necessary
