Having been healthy and fit previously in my life. I realised I had got comfortable focusing on my career and family. In honestly, I’d eaten what I wanted and neglected my exercise.
The result was I’d gained weight, lacked energy and knew it was impacting on my confidence.
I decided I was ready to make a change and using combination of exercise and nutrition I dropped a two stone. This totally changed my self esteem and outlook even down to shopping for clothes – I could confidentiality pick what I wanted to wear off the peg!
