What is BootCamp & FitBox?
BootCamp has something for everyone. We train outdoors in the Cheam Park. Sessions are based on a series of exercises using a range of equipment to give you an excellent full body workout.
Mornings – Predominantly mums (but all welcome) converge to get outside, get fit and feel awesome!
Evening – A more mixed group and ladies and gents de-stressing from a day of work or child care!
FitBox is a high intensity session held in Cheam Park. The session is split in two 1st half boxing padwork to build coordination, endurance, strength and relieve some stress! 2nd half is “Betty” our affectionately named 20 minute circuit. Come and test your staying power!

Monthly Memberships are via PayPal and cost £35 per month for unlimited training at BootCamp or Fitbox. More information on pricing and memberships here.
What is Personal Training?
Helping others is my passion. I have helped a number of clients with different fitness goals. It could be losing weight, improving or working around an injury.
The key difference at StrengthRocks is that I give you a bespoke service that truly reflects your requirements and I’m physically there to ensure you execute your program to the best of your ability. As a result you achieve your goals more quickly.
Sessions will be delivered mainly between 9.30am – 3.00pm although there is availability for early morning and some evenings.
Pricing – Prices are £35 per hour and paid in advance in either blocks of 10 or by term.
